Tutta N'ata Storia

For eight years I worked in other people's kitchens. I studied, I made mistakes, I learned. I was a pizzaiolo for real: with hard work, with hunger, with respect. And with my head always on, my heart pushing harder than my legs.

Then I stopped working for other people's dreams and started building my own. That is how Tutta N'Ata Storia was born.

I didn't do it alone.

In here there are guys like me: none of them had ever done this job. I took them in, trained them, pushed them. I believed in them when maybe no one would have bet a euro on them.

Street kids with more heart than experience, who today knead, cook, serve and smile. Because they know that here you grow, you stumble, you get better.

We don't chase approval. We just try to do things right. For us. For you. For everyone who walks in here and becomes part of this story.
